What are your shipping hours?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm Eastern Time. Inquiries received after 1pm and on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. To contact fuse please contact our customer service department at cs@fonegear.com.

What shipping method does Fonegear use?

fuse online store orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Services. Rush orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day or Overnight Services at extra charge. Please add your desired item to the shopping cart to calculate expedited shipping costs.

Please note that we currently do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. For those in Canada, you can find our products at the following major retailers:

How long does Fonegear take to ship my order?

All orders will be processed within 24 business hours. Tracking information will beemailed when your order is processed.

Does Fonegear ship to international addresses?

At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S. For any questions, please contact our customer Service Department - cs@fonegear.com

What is the status of my order?

Orders can be tracked online or by contacting a customer service representative at cs@fonegear.com. If you have placed an order and have entered your e-mail address then you will receive a FedEx Tracking Number via e-mail once your order has shipped. Once you receive the tracking number you may track your order at any time online at www.fedex.com. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact one of our customer service representatives and they will gladly provide the status of your order.

Is the fuse web store secure?

www.fuseplusyou.com has been validated to have a secure SSL certificate which provides industry standard data encryption of information transferred from your computer to the website.

Does Fonegear accept C.O.D. orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders at this time for online orders. For your convenience, we accept PayPal and credit card orders.

Can I send a check for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time for online orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I return purchased item(s)?

How do I get on the mailing list or receive updates on current releases and sales?

When you place an order you can choose to opt-in to our email list and you will begin receiving our emails. If you opt-in and later wish to opt-out, you may do so at any time. You can find the sign up box at the very bottom of every page located on the left. If you need help opting out of the email list, please contact a customer service representative.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Our primary carrier is Fed EX which does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Is Fonegear and fuse plus you the same company?

Yes, Fonegear and fuse plus you are the same company. Fuse plus you operates under Fonegear LLC. For more information about our company please see the About Us page.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Fed Ex Ground shipping on all orders of $30.00 or more. Otherwise, we offer affordable shipping rates on Fed Ex delivery. If your order is less than $30.00 and you wish to see your shipping rate, please add your desired item(s) to the shopping cart and input your physical address. From there, click the blue Recalculate button and our website will provide you with your options and rates.

How do I get my order status?

1.    Log into your fuseplusyou.com account.

2.    Click the My Account tab on the upper right hand of any page.

3.    Click the first tab below that Review Orders/Track Packages.

4.    On the next screen, click the yellow View or Change Order tab.

5.    There should be a fifteen digit number. This is your Fed Ex shipping confirmation number and It will be trackable at www.FedEx.com.

Can I cancel my order?

1.    Log into your fuseplusyou.com account

2.    Click the My Account tab on the upper right hand of any page.

3.    Click the Change Quantities/Cancel Orders tab.

4.    Click the yellow View or Change Order tab.

5.    If your order hasn’t shipped, click the Cancel My Order tab.

If your product has already shipped or has been delivered, your order will not be editable. If you have any problems canceling an order, please call or email our friendly customer service staff – cs@fonegear.com. If we cannot cancel your order, we’ll setup a return for refund.

What if I have a promo code to use?

To use a promo code, you must have at least one item in your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart, there will be a coupon code box with a dotted gray border just below the product picture. Enter your promo code and click apply. If your code is valid you will see the discount reflected in the shopping cart.

Please be advised that multiple coupon codes cannot be used on a single order. Also, if you are using a discount or promo code with your order, the discount may bring your order total below the $30.00 threshold amount for free shipping. At this point, your order will not qualify for free shipping.
