For Items purchased at retail outlets –

Refunds - fuse is a wholly-owned brand of Fonegear, LLC. If you wish to return or exchange a working fuse or Fonegear product that you have purchased from a retailer other than www.fuseplusyou.com, please consult that retailer's return and exchange policies.

Except Dog & Bone Items! Please contact us at 877-366-3432 or email cs@fonegear.com with any issues regarding your Dog and Bone item. Do not return to the retailer, we will handle all returns and exchanges.

Exchanges - For your convenience, fuse is happy to assist with any product returns or exchanges. Please see our return policy and procedures below.

Items purchased from www.fuseplusyou.com Any item purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To arrange a refund or exchange, please call toll free at 877-FONEGEAR (877-366-3432) Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or email. You will be issued a return authorization and information on how to return your product. If your item was purchased within 30-day you may be eligible for a refund. Please download our Product Return Form and send back with your returns.

Defective Products

If you have purchased a fuse accessory that is defective in material or workmanship, please see the warranty information below for instructions on obtaining a replacement product.


One year and limited lifetime warranty does not cover any type of misuse, abuse and modifications. Warranty also does not cover wear and tear. (Wear and tear: considered as stress to a product by or in the course of normal, everyday use.)

Refunds – If you are attempting to return your product within 30-day of the original transaction you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non Electronic Products = 1-YEAR WARRANTY -

Fonegear, LLC will replace non-electronic fuse or Fonegear products free of charge if they prove to be defective in material or workmanship.


Fonegear, LLC will replace any fuse or Fonegear Bluetooth or other electronic products free of charge within 90 days of purchase if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

Making a Warranty Claim –

To obtain warranty service, complete and submit the electronic RMA form below. From there, package and ship the defective item to:

You are responsible for paying return postage. Fonegear will pay return shipping to your address for any replacement products.

If the product you purchased in longer available, we will offer you a similar product or an item for an alternate device of equal or greater value.
