Customer Service

What are your customer service hours?

Our staff responds to customer inquiries Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time. Inquiries received after close-of-business and on holidays will be replied to on the next business day. Shipping

  • What are your shipping hours?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm Eastern Time. Inquiries received after 1pm and on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. To contact fuse customer service, please click here.

  • What shipping method does foneGEAR use?

fuse online store orders are shipped via UPS Ground Services (3-5 day delivery) for a $5 fee. Rush orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day or Overnight Services at extra charge.

Please note that all International orders and orders from Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories will ship via Expedited UPS. 

  • How much is shipping and handling?

How long does foneGEAR take to ship my order and how long will the different shipping methods take?

Please allow approximately one business day for order processing. foneGEAR will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date.  If your shipment is extremely urgent, please email us following your order and we will attempt to expedite shipment. 

  • Does foneGEAR ship to international addresses?

At this time we accept orders for the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to extra international shipping charges.

  • What is the status of my order?

Orders can be tracked online or by contacting a customer service representative. If you have placed an order and have entered your e-mail address then you will receive a UPS Tracking Number via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. Once you receive the tracking number you may track your order at any time online at www.ups.com. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact one of our customer service representatives and they will gladly give you the status of your order.

  • Is the fuse web store secure?

Our 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure online transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.   • Does foneGEAR accept C.O.D. orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders at this time for online orders.

  • How do I get on the mailing list or receive updates on current releases and sales?

When you place an order your name is automatically added to our mailing list and you will begin receiving our email and US Mail messages (which you may opt out of at time of checkout). You may also visit here to sign up. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact a customer service representative.

  • Can I send a check for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time for online orders.

  • Can I return purchased item(s)?
