Refunds And Exchanges
fuse is a wholly-owned brand of foneGEAR, LLC. If you wish to return or exchange a working fuse or foneGEAR product that you have purchased from a retailer other than www.fuseplusyou.com, please consult that retailer's return and exchange policies. fuse cannot issue refunds for items purchased elsewhere.
If you purchased an item from www.fuseplusyou.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To arrange a refund or exchange, please call toll free at 877-FONEGEAR (877-366-3432) Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or email. You will be issued a return authorization and information on how to return your product. A refund will be credited to you via the method you used to purchase the product. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products
If you have purchased a fuse accessory that is defective in material or workmanship, please see the warranty information below for instructions on obtaining a replacement product.

foneGEAR, LLC will replace non-electronic fuse or foneGEAR products free of charge if they prove to be defective in material or workmanship.
